Through December 2025, we’re gathering (at least!) 802 Reasons VT Needs Paid Leave, and we want to hear from you! Your reason can be anything from a big personal story to a simple statement of values.

Once we’ve gathered a Vermont’s worth of reasons, we’ll deliver them directly to the Legislature to make sure every lawmaker knows how much paid leave matters to their constituents.
